Terms of Service

The Service is available to individuals 13 years of age and older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has consented to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@confidencetestprep.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or annual) through Stripe, our payment processor.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service in a way that exceeds normal usage

All content in the Service — including question content, UI design, copy, and software — is owned by or licensed to Confidence Test Prep. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific score improvements or outcomes. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Confidence Test Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
